Front desk clerk was not friendly, the parking lot had litter scattered. Floor was dirty, kitchen had some crumbs, bathroom floor was dirty and the shower head had rust and dust. There was a cigarette hole in one of thr blankets and we were in a non smoking room. Located in a kinda sketchy area.

The staff was nice, check in/out was easy but the rooms certainly need some serious updating. Maybe it’s because we didn’t stay in the main tower, I’m not sure…but we got the most expensive room option so…

We were pleased with our room and cleanliness, we booked however for the in house bar and restaurant, we arrived to find Bar was closed , our new years eve plan went to plan B.

The room was very nice, we loved the kitchenette. We brought some frozen cooked food along for our destination, and loved having a separate freezer compartment in the fridge to keep everything frozen overnight.
